Phillip Michael Gerard is a character in the TV series Twin Peaks, portrayed by Al Strobel. He is sometimes referred to as MIKE or as the One-Armed Man. He is a demonic spirit/villain and one of the Otherworld characters in the series. He appears in every season and in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.
