The 2025 Mountain West Conference women's basketball tournament was the postseason women's basketball tournament for the Mountain West Conference. It was held March 9-12, 2025, at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Paradise, Nevada. In the final, San Diego State defeated Wyoming in triple overtime, and received an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
