Janarious Mykel Wheeler, better known by his stage name Lil Poppa, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Jacksonville, Florida. He rose to prominence with "Purple Hearts" (2018), a song recounting the emotions he felt surviving a shooting in which two of his best friends were killed. He was also known for his singles "Eternal Living" (2019) and "Love & War" (2021).
