The 2025–26 Kansas City Roos women's basketball team represents the University of Missouri–Kansas City during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Roos, led by fourth-year head coach Dionnah Jackson-Durrett, play their home games at the Swinney Recreation Center in Kansas City, Missouri as members of the Summit League.
