He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 10 achieved on 12 January 2026, the first Kazakhstani man to reach the ATP top 10. He has won nine ATP Tour singles titles, and is the current Kazakhstani No. 1 singles player. He also has a career-high doubles ranking of No. 47 achieved on 8 November 2021.
