A Christmas Carol Reimagined

Ebenezer is an upcoming Christmas dark fantasy film directed by Ti West from a screenplay by Nathaniel Halpern, based on the 1843 novella A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. The project was announced under the title Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol, but Paramount shortened the title to Ebenezer for its first poster, trailer, and official film page in July 2026. Paramount has described it as a dramatic and stylized reimagining of the story, while early coverage characterized the film as a darker interpretation of Dickens's ghost story.
